While it’s always sad when Christmas is over and regularly scheduled life must return, I also love the feeling of cleaning things up and starting a fresh new year. Grace currently has a stomach bug, so there’s actually lots of cleaning happening around here.
But Florida….Florida was wonderful.
Except for when we first got there after driving for 20 hours only to discover that the owners of our condo had made a mistake and double booked the unit. Thankfully another unit was available, so we stayed there for a couple nights before we moved to our regular condo. Tess was not impressed.
But the next day the sun was shining and we were with our friends at the beach. So all was forgiven.
Florida life is good.
