Friends, family, fresh air, and Florida….it really doesn’t get any better.
Our favorite condominium, Seaview, took a hit from hurricane Helene. The owners of the condos were working so hard to get everything up and running by the time we arrived (we were the first renters since the hurricane).
The condos themselves were fine, the elevator was fine, but the pool and hot tub were still not ready to be used. We may have run into rebar on the beach and lost a toe nail, and suffered some scratches from broken metal fence posts, and had to buy our own grill….but we still had the best time.
And enjoyed beautiful weather.
We made multiple trips to Candy Kitchen and wrote our names on their freshly renovated walls.
Before we knew it, it was Christmas Eve.
And sweet old Santa showed up that night.
We decorated gingerbread houses (well, Pop Pop did) and gingerbread cookies,
we hung out with friends and played with new toys,
and we enjoyed watching Fox enjoy Beyonce’s half time show.
It was a great Christmas.
We were missing the 7th member of our family, but she was being well cared for. 🥰
We woke up the next day to beautiful sunshine and warmth.
There was lots of playing, lots of digging, lots of smiling, and even some napping.
It was wonderful.
Seaview never disappoints❤️
