Tessa’s birthday celebrations kicked off with s’mores the night before. And a Mirabel nightgown of course.
Setting decorations up the night before their birthdays (or any celebration) is one of my most favorite things.
Tess was, of course, the first one up and could hardly wait to dig into her presents.
It was rainy outside, so we had the most relaxed, chill day. Tess hugged me about 10 times declaring it to be the best day ever. And it really was.
She finally upgraded to Mirabel’s green glasses, and now has the entire ensemble to go with them.
Grace even managed to open a couple presents. She and Tessa play together ALL. THE. TIME, and dressing up as Mirabel and Isabella from Encanto is one of their favorite things. They were so excited to have the outfits and dolls and they played with them nonstop the entire day.
After beating a piñata, we headed down to the boat for cake and ice cream.
I agree with Tessa- it was a pretty great day. 💜
