I love rice pudding. I found this recipe and my dad told me it tastes just like his mom’s. It’s so simple and delicious!
RICE PUDDING
Ingredients: Approx 2 cups cooked rice // 14oz evaporated milk // 1/3 cup sugar // 2 tbsp cornstarch // dash salt // dash vanilla // 1 tsp cinnamon // 1 cup milk
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir 1-2 minutes until thick. Remove from heat and cover.
