Oh September, I’m always conflicted about how I feel when you show up. I am nowhere near wanting summer temperatures to end, but I realize that it’s inevitable. Each season certainly has it’s perks, and I am thankful to live in an area where I get to experience all of them, but I’m a warm-weather girl at heart and summer is my absolute favorite. With that being said, I LOVE decorating for fall. I don’t really decorate for summer- everything is just naturally beautiful with all the flowers and plants, and I really don’t add anything. So by September, I’m ready to change up the decor, and with that also comes some fallish smells. This candle right here smells exactly like fall. Think crisp mornings, leaves falling, and the changing season. It smells SO GOOD. I also love this candle company. This candle is for October/November- deep into the fall season. Lots of pumpkin, cool weather, sweaters, and cozy vibes. This scent has been burning in my house during the fall season for many, many years. It’s a classic. We’re probably all using Thieves right now, which smells like fall to me. Other scents I diffuse during this time:
I always have this scent plugged in somewhere (usually the garage)- it’s not overpowering but has a subtle, fresh, woodsy aroma. The kind that makes you want to put on a sweatshirt, grab some apple cider, and head to a bonfire somewhere.
What are your thoughts on September? Ready for a change in seasons or still clinging onto summer with both hands (and maybe feet)?

Fall is by FAR my favorite season, so i am so excited it’s SeptembEr! One down side of moving to NC was giving up crisp, colorFul falls for an eternal summer 😭😂. But decorating & burning candles still gives all the fall vibes 😍

As much as I think I would love an eternal summer, I feel like I might miss the fall weather. Maybe. 😉 Glad you can still get that fall vibe inside your home though!

Some of the best people are born in September, or so i hear. Summer will always be my number one, but fall is definitely the best way to transition out of it! Love all things cozy 🍂

I would agree- I know some pretty FANTASTIC people who were born this month!

Everything about fall is amazing. Everything! Except what follows…the season that-must-not-be-named. 😂😉

And I think that’s my issue with fall! If we could just go back to summer after fall I would be totally cool with it. 😁
