We have been loving being outside. Our list of “stuff to keep busy during quarantine” has grown quite a bit because of that, and we were going nonstop this weekend. Saturday was an absolutely perfect day- sunny and warm. 
The kids spent a lot of time in the bounce house while I tackled our flower beds. I trimmed things that haven’t been trimmed in years and it felt so good. I love watching everything come alive this time of the year.
There was a lot of 4 wheeling, 
gator driving, 
chasing, 
swinging, 
and soaking. 
Grace has been talking about learning to ride her bike without training wheels for weeks. I leave this task up to Ben- mostly because I don’t really want to run next to them as they learn because I would probably fall over and die. 
He does a great job of teaching them and our determined, independent girl was riding completely by herself 30 minutes later. 
And she was so proud. Did she crash into a bendable parking sign? Perhaps. But we’re still chalking this up as a success.
Onto quarantine week 7…which includes some special birthdays!
