These homemade apple cider donuts are goooooooooooood. Like, I could eat a couple in one sitting kind of good. I don’t have enough donut tins for all the batter, so I make mini muffins with the extra. And you can easily eat a couple of those in one sitting. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Taking a ride on top of a firetruck with a bunch of kindergarteners! When I was little we did this every year with my cousins and I absolutely loved it. Turns out I still love it at 40.
