I wish I could tell you that my front entryway still looked like this.
But it doesn’t.
Our temps got down to 18 degrees one night, which effectively killed off my impatients and turned my white mums a not-so-nice shade of taupe. There’s also white shavings everywhere from our floor guy when he was cutting floorboards out here. Maybe those shavings will hang around for the Christmas decor and be disguised as snow.
Speaking of flooring….I am loving this view. There used to be a spit-up infested, coffee stained carpet here, and I was not at all sad to see her go.
There’s all kinds of little fall touches happening both inside and outside, and while I definitely do not like the bugs that come will fall (I’m looking at you, pesky no-see-ums), I do love the colors.
Just to clarify: I like BOTH Halloween and Thanksgiving. Any and all holidays are my jam.
Sad about your front porch, but the floors look DYNAMITE! Also love the new chairs!
