The kids finished out the 2021-2022 school year last week. I was not prepared for this year to end. With it’s ending came our very last year of Pre-K, another kid finished with elementary school, and a kid headed to HIGH SCHOOL next year. Yes, you read that correctly. Claire will be a freshman in the fall. #iaintdoinit

We were blessed with some pretty fantastic teachers this year,
but it was especially hard to say goodbye to Mrs. Landers, the world’s most wonderful Preschool teacher.
We made her a special card and each wrote a little note to her, letting her know that our years with her will never be forgotten.
Thanks to our ridiculous Iowa weather this year, the last day of school was 54 degrees…so these pool toys had to be tucked away for a later day. But it’s ok, because we’re just happy it’s SUMMER!
So much growing up this year! Also I cannot believe Claire is going to be in high school – except that she’s looking so much older these days, and is beautiful! Let the summer fun BEGIN 🤩
