In typical Iowa fashion, winter isn’t done with us yet. Which wouldn’t be so bad, except that we had a taste of sunny and 70’s, which made us feel ready for winter to be over. But sadly, she’s sticking around for awhile longer and I realized I probably washed all of their snow gear a little prematurely.
Tess was so excited when we turned on the tv on Friday and realized there was a new Paw Patrol episode with her favorite character, Liberty. She ran upstairs and put on her halloween costume for the occasion.
Saturday started off with horses and kittens
and was followed with hockey and ice skating.
We rented this rink for a couple hours and had the best time.
Even watching the Zamboni was fun.
We did a little free skating before the hockey game started.
This hockey lover has been anxiously waiting for this day to come. She didn’t even care that she was the only girl amongst all those rowdy boys.
Meanwhile, these two had an entire stadium to themselves. So naturally, they tried out every chair
set up shop in a box,
posed with statues,
and then skated some more.
It was such a fun time, and these boys are seriously the sweetest.
What a nice group! And the winners were?!!!
You will have Togo again as I think Grace and Tessa have a few more chairs to try out
