Last Friday we had our annual Family Fun Day- a day where we do all the fun things before school starts.
First we hit the go-cart track, where Tess and I smoked everybody. In fact, we were so far ahead that we could stop and take selfies.
Then came the jumping pillow and archery battles.
Next we had an entire movie theater to ourselves for the new Paw Patrol movie. Which is adorable, and every kid loved it.
They even received free Paw Patrol figurines.
Tess loves Paw Patrol, and she was locked into this movie the entire time. She was also locked in on that mammoth icee.
We went out to eat, and then came back home to swim.
These really are the best days. Some days they make me want to beat my head against a wall, but days like this make up for all of it.

The best day! Gracie and a big ole’ bucket of pop corn 😀 Funny how the very humans that drive you crazy also make your heart want to explode. Parenthood is a funny thing.
