This year we only had one girl attending the Father-Daughter dance. And she loved every. single. second.
We started with some pampering when she got home from school. And yes, Tessa looks like a complete wild woman. Which she is.
Nails ✅ Hair ✅ Make up✅ Dress✅ Grace was living her absolute best life.
(Wild child thought she’d do her make up too. She was also pretty salty all day and night because she “just loved Gracie’s dress so much and wanted to wear it!”)
So, I’m not one to allow my children to dress up and then drag each other across the floor at an event. It’s just not really my style. But guess what happens when Dad’s in charge?
🤦🏽♀️ I can’t even.
Honestly, these pictures made me laugh so hard because I NEVER would have let her run around barefoot or play on the floor. #funvacuum But what do you expect when it’s just a bunch of dads in charge?
But she had the best time, and wishes she could go to a Father-Daughter dance every Friday night.
(Even though I furiously scrubbed her from head to toe as soon as she came home.)

I’m DYING…spends all day getting ready only to be drug across the dirty gym floor 😂😂😂 More evidence as to how dads keep parenting balanced.
