For years we’ve talked about how fun it would be to have a screen by our pool, like we’re on a Disney cruise (except without the awesome boat, ocean, or 24/7 ice cream).
I mean, this is basically the same, right? 😂 So comparing it to a Disney cruise is a setting the bar a little high, but it was fun nonetheless. We’re actually hosting a wedding reception at our house in August, and wanted a projector for that event- so we used it as an excuse to finally get one. 
And we’re so glad we did.
We have a few improvements to make for next time-like hanging the screen in a different spot and using bigger speakers-but other than that everything worked great!
We bought this projector, which was incredibly simple to set up and use. We hooked it up to Max’s xbox and used Disney+. We used this screen, which is completely wrinkle-free and shows a clear picture on both sides.
It’s definitely easier to see the darker it is, and in summer that takes awhile….but every now and then staying up super late is a fun treat that creates great memories. 😏
