What we’re eating this week:
All things grilled. Steak, chicken, pork chops, burgers, kabobs. I love grilling season.
What I’m reminiscing about:
At this time last year, the girls and I flew out to Boston to visit my sister and attend the Cloves Family Conference. We also celebrated Tessa’s 3rd birthday there. On Monday, we are driving to Boston as my sister is expecting her first baby on the 8th! So we’ll be there for Tessa’s 4th birthday as well. And she is so excited about it.
What I’m loving:
I love warmth and sunshine- it’s definitely my favorite. But there is something about those warm summer time rain showers, right?
What we’ve been up to:
ALL THE SWIMMING (and sunbathing).
What I’m working on:
Our kitchen is in need of some updating. I’m happy with the layout of the cabinets, so we decided to just order new doors and paint the cabinet frames.
What I’m dreading:
As I mentioned, we’re driving to Boston. But it’s kinda far. Like, 19 hours far. Not too excited about that, but incredibly excited to spend 2 weeks with my mom and sister. And then 2 weeks in NJ.
What I’m excited about:
I just answered that. 👆🏼😉
What I’m watching/reading: 
We’re still working our way through NCIS. Who knew there were that many seasons?! But for real, I love Anthony Dinozzo. 
And of course I’m reading this.
What I’m listening to:
Our “Kids Summer Playlist”, which is always playing when we’re outside: from TobyMac to Maddie Poppe to Disney to The Greatest Showman, and everything in between.
What I’m wearing:
Shorts, shorts, and more shorts.
What I’m doing this weekend:
Packing. With these fantastic packing cubes.
What I’m looking forward to next month:
So many things! Meeting my new nephew, celebrating Tessa’s 4th birthday, going to the beach, being back home. And of course, just being with my favorite weirdos:

Yes, it really is! It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and so far I absolutely love how it’s turning out!
The next feW weeks are going to be FULL of excitement. So fun that YOU’LL all be in Boston with Kel. Can’t wait for that little man to get Here!!
