My best friend and I were just talking about how life is somehow crazy busy right now. I mean, we’ve both decided to tackle all kinds of random painting projects in our houses…with our kids home 24/7…that we are supposed to be teaching. And feeding. And enjoying. So with all of that going on, time fills up quickly and boredom certainly has not been an issue.
Last week the kids had a “virtual spirit week” for school. On Monday, they shared a book that they’re reading.
On Tuesday, they shared a picture of something they made in the kitchen. On Wednesday they shared their April fool’s prank.
The kids made brown e’s for Ben,
and I put a shark face in their toilet.
On Thursday they had to look for some hearts (our town did a bear hunt and a heart hunt). We found some in their school’s windows- and it also made us feel sad to see the school.
And on Friday they wore their school colors. It was so cold that day- in fact, some of our windows were covered in ice from the freezing rain. But we kept spring alive inside by dying Easter eggs.
On Saturday we enjoyed cuddling baby kittens while Claire had her horse riding lesson.
And that’s a bit of what’s been keeping us busy. Onto quarantine week 4!
Yay bearcats! Fun week #3-great memories being made❣️
They really are! Definitely a time we won’t forget.
