As usual, our Valentine’s Day was pretty low key. Just need a few decorations, some themed food, and small gifts and everyone is happy. Like most of the US, the weather for the weekend was freeeeeeeeeeeeeezing, so it was a good time to just hang out and do the cozy things.
The kids had to take their valentine boxes and treats to school a week early so they could be quarantined before the actual celebration. Now there’s a sentence I never thought I’d say.
“Stealing hearts and blasting farts.” Yes, he actually wore that shirt to school.
While the kids were at school, Tessa and I set up a “Galentine’s day” party in the office.
We had matching pj’s, snacks, and foot soaks while watching 101 Dalmations.
I continued with the cozy vibes on Saturday while Ben, Claire, Max and their hockey buddies played hockey for 3 hours. They’re nuts.
They warmed up with some heart pizza though.
Sunday brought balloons, treats, and a few little gifts
for our {mostly} sweet little Valentines.
Hope your weekend was full of love and warmth! ❤️

I thought the same thing! I think it’s her hair too.

Yes! She’ll only wear her hair down right after it gets cut. Then it’s back to a pony tail.
