A lot has been happening around here lately and I feel like I’ve been desperately trying to soak it all in before the season is over. Anyone else wish Christmas was at the end of January?? I would really love to enjoy all the smells, sounds, and sights of Christmas for at least another month.
What we’re eating:
We’re in the middle of redoing our island and are currently without a kitchen sink. Between that and leaving for vacation on Friday, our dinners this week consist of cleaning out the fridge using the least amount of dishes possible.
What I’m reminiscing about:
Christmas pj pic from last year. Somebody please make these babies stop growing.
what I’m loving:
This view every evening.
what we’ve been up to:
Attending all the concerts/programs/parties/dances, doing all the Christmas things, and battling ear infections and strep. 😑😷
what I’m dreading:
Christmastime being over. 😭
what I’m working on:
Wrapping, packing, cleaning…
what I’m excited about:
The final chapter. I can’t wait.
what I’m watching/reading:
So many cheesy movies, so little time.
what I’m listening to:
If it’s up to me, it’s Christmas music all the time. It it’s up to Tessa, it’s Frozen 2 all the time.
what I’m wearing:
These leggings really are as amazing as everyone says. They feel like butter. And they are just like regular old every day leggings only fancier. And anytime I can wear leggings is a good time in my opinion. I did get mine on sale, however, so just keep an eye out for that.
I’ve been wearing this sweater with them because 1.) It covers things that I like to be covered and 2.) It’s the perfect material (meaning not hot and not itchy). 👌🏼
what I’m doing this weekend:
If all goes well, I’ll be enjoying this view!
what I’m looking forward to next month:
We’re doing a little updating in our kitchen, and I’m so excited for it. So at least there’s something to look forward to in January. 😉
