We had a pretty laid-back weekend. On Friday, Grace celebrated the 50th day of school with a 50’s celebration. She was in love with her purple poodle skirt and purple accessories.
We checked out the site of our future raised garden beds. We are hoping to grow tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, carrots, peppers, lettuce, and strawberries. The key word there is HOPING.
Thanks to the arrival of {slightly} warmer temps, there was a lot of outside time. I’m still anxiously waiting for sunny and upper 60’s though.
Tessa was wearing ALL the prints on Saturday. She also thought the pockets on her sweatshirt were pretty great.
And on Sunday I caught a miraculous moment: all four kids happily relaxing on the bean bag together. No wrestling, no whining, no complaining about someone taking up too much room. Just peacefully lounging together. It was something akin to finding a unicorn.
