Epcot was a great park to end with. It’s so chill and relaxed and we didn’t have to worry about trying to get on all the rides. The park was empty in the morning, so we walked right on several rides, and the rest we had Lightning Lane for.
Tess always says she wants to be an astronaut when she grows up. She attempted this ride, but decided to bail before we actually went on the mission. Which was fine, because she had this whole play area to herself instead while we waited for the others.
We also had special visitors joining us for the day! Ben’s parents are in Florida, so they came over along with their friends, Norm and Kathy.
We met them at the front and headed right to Soarin Over the World.
This ride is SO much fun. There were 10 of us, so we fit perfectly on one whole section! Everyone thoroughly it…even my father-in-law with his death grip on those handles.
While our company grabbed some breakfast, we used our Lightning Lane for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. This ride was so neat- certain parts even smelled like pasta and champagne.
We were in France, so we thought it only appropriate to eat some crepes.
We loved walking around and seeing all of the different flowers and topiaries. Epcot is beautiful right now!
We stopped in Germany to watch the huge train set and say hi to Snow White.
Frozen Ever After was a hit….except poor Grandma ended up with wet pants.
We enjoyed a couple shows, had another bite to eat, took a spin on Test Track, and then called it a day so we could all head back to the resort and swim for a bit before dinner.
We hopped on a ferry boat right at our resort to take us to Disney Springs for dinner.
We ate on the top floor of Paddlefish which had the most incredible views!
It also had Wikkistix.
We stopped by a couple stores on our way back to the boat
and enjoyed beautiful night views of Disney Springs. A perfect ending to a perfect week.
