The kids made a list of what they want to do this fall. I’m sure not everything will be “normal” (because, #2020), but thankfully most of our fall activities take place in the great outdoors, and are things we can do on our own.
Our church is holding it’s first ever “Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat” in the parking lot, which we’re beyond excited to participate in. There’s also a hiking trail nearby that Max has been wanting to explore, and our “no school” days are the perfect opportunity for that.
So even if trick or treating gets cancelled, or I’m unable to attend classroom parties, or certain parts of the orchard are closed, we’re still going to make the most of fall fun and enjoy what we can.
And as much as I’m looking forward to all the things mentioned above, I’m actually looking forward to cleaning/organizing my house more than anything. Beautiful summer sunshine caused our house to slip into a state of neglect. 😳 What are you looking forward to the most this fall?
