A couple weekends ago we met my brother and his kids at the Mall of America. We visited the aquarium, hopped on some rides, spent time (and money) at the Lego store, and ate at the Rainforest Cafe.
There’s always so much to do at that mall, and it’s guaranteed to be a lot of fun no matter what you choose to do.
And of course everything is better with cousins.
Grace wasn’t a fan of how the lookout tubes in the aquarium smelled.
It really is amazing how this aquarium is under a shopping mall. It’s designed really well, and has a lot to see!
Tess LOVED looking at the fish, and pretending that they scared her. Or maybe they actually did scare her. I’m not really sure.
Max’s stomach was bothering him, but he still really wanted to go on the rides. I was very a little nervous that we were going to make a scene on this particular ride. Thankfully he just had to go to the bathroom and then all was well.
This display was so pretty! When you pulled on the rope, it made the wings on that massive butterfly go up and down.
Eating at the Rainforest Cafe never gets old, even when you’re 37 and 35.
