Tuesday was a crazy weather day. One minute it was sunny, the next it was pouring. As we were driving we could see areas that were getting rain while we were in the sun. You were hot, then you were cold. We saw an incredible sunset in one direction and a circular storm cell in the other direction. #falliniowa

More of a favorite kid story than a quote this week: Claire was replenishing toilet paper in the bathrooms and asked Grace to “put TP in mom and dad’s bathroom”. Well, it’s homecoming week and Grace’s school was covered in toilet paper yesterday morning. So naturally, she thought Claire wanted her to decorate my bathroom with toilet paper, and started hanging it all around the room. 😂 Thankfully Claire stopped her before I had three rolls of toilet paper covering every square inch of my bathroom.

We didn’t eat this casserole this week, but I keep forgetting to share it. It’s the BEST and easiest French toast casserole, and doesn’t even need to sit overnight. I’ve made it the night before and the day of, and it’s delicious either way.
