Kicking things off with our annual “Back to School Brinner”. It’s these little things that I’m going to miss the most one day.
New kicks, new fits, new schedules, same mixed emotions about going back to school.
And for the first time, all four babies are going to school all day every day. 😭
High school. I mean, HOW ARE WE HERE?! Even though she doesn’t like growing up, Claire was excited to start high school. There are some classes she is looking forward to taking, and she’s happy Max is now in her building.
Max is always the least excited about school. BUT, this year he was a little excited to be in middle school. He likes having more freedom, being with “the big kids” (even though he is, in fact, the smallest kid in the building), and playing junior high sports.
Gracie has almost all of her friends in her class, so she was ready to be with them every day again. She just wishes she didn’t have to learn, because that’s boring.
Tessa didn’t think she could love anything more than Pre-K, but she fell in love with her new classroom about 5 minutes after she walked in. She’s pretty happy she gets to go every day like the other kids, and she’s most excited about the fish and pet bunny in her class.
