Claire assembled 8 little gingerbread houses in about 10 minutes using this icing. We let them sit overnight just to make sure they were really sturdy, and they worked perfectly.



We used regular buttercream icing to decorate with, but this recipe for structural glue really is the key to an enjoyable gingerbread house decorating experience:
