I didn’t end up putting all of my Christmas decor out this year. And somehow the decor I did put up took me about 5 weeks. Maybe because we’re not hosting any of our parties? Maybe because the kids are home every other day and our schedules are just so different? Maybe because our weather has been unseasonably warm? I have no idea. Let’s just blame it on Covid though, shall we?
I had so many lights go out on me this year. The lights on the garland around the door are out on both sides. Several of my outdoor lights had long gaps of unlit lights. And our “pre-lit” tree only had about 1/4 of it’s lights working this year. 😑 #2020
One thing I LOVE, however, is the orange garland. So easy and fun to make, and I love how it looks. I want to string dried orange slices everywhere now.
I really wish Target would carry those red faux fur pillows again, because they are seriously the softest pillows ever. And I need two more.
And of course everything is so much prettier at night…
