Today I’m linking up with Shay and Erika to take a look at how we do Easter at our house. Easter is going to look a bit different this year, right? I mean…do we still get dressed up with nowhere to go? 🤔 Our weather looks terrible on Sunday (as in, the possibility of snow terrible😑), so we won’t even be able to get outside to enjoy some beautiful weather. BUT, one thing we can do for sure: remember the real reason for “Easter Sunday”. 
You don’t need warm, sunny skies, or new Easter dresses, or social gatherings to remember (as we remember every Sunday) that Jesus came into this world to die for our sins, and then raised Himself from the dead 3 days later. We won’t exactly be remembering how we usually do on Sundays- but we will still be spending time reading His word, and thanking Him for that insurmountable sacrifice for us.
Normally around this time, we head to my friend Koula’s house for her annual Easter egg hunt.
And then Easter morning involves egg hunts, baskets, and new spring outfits (or sometimes hand-me-downs for Grace and Tess😉).
And then we head off to church. ❤️
