People had warned me that life would get much busier the older my kids got.
I still wasn’t prepared.
With that being said, we were just kinda busy doing/enjoying life…and I wasn’t very good about carving out time for everything. My poor blog once again fell by the way side, but I miss it and hopefully will be better about making time for it again. Prayers appreciated.
As usual, we enjoyed another sweltering parade in Hampton. But we were smart and included umbrellas on the float this year.
The water guns and chicken jockey were HUGE hits with the crowd.
Even with the excessive heat, we love this day.
We also love cooling off in the pool after. 
We did lots of tubing in July
and boating,
slip n sliding,
and hanging with friends.
We had chill mornings, 
beautiful evenings,
and nights with lots of rain.
We went to a Bible conference in Ohio,
and had extended visits from best friends/cousins.
We also had senior pictures.
Jenny’s only been taking Claire’s picture since she was 18 months old. 😭 It’s fine. I’m fine.
