While Tessa was having quiet time and the big kids were at school, I decided to surprise them and get their house all ready for Christmas.
This house is seriously the cutest little thing, and I love decorating it. Also, it’s on major sale right now if you happen to be in the market for a playhouse for Christmas. It was so easy to paint and assemble and the kids have so much fun with it.
Tess loved the surprise, and couldn’t wait to show the kids when they got home from school.
And we love having some pretty lights on our deck at night.
(Side note: as I was getting these flocked trees from our storage room in the basement, there was a mouse hanging out on one of the branches. Still alive, but I think he was at death’s door because he couldn’t run. But still just as nasty. 🤢 Side note #2, WHAT ARE ALL OF OUR OUTDOOR CATS DOING?! I mean, mice prevention is why I have allowed them to stay.🙄)
So, I think the rest of the Christmas decorations will stay in that room and we’ll just call it good.
