I love Carters pajamas, like these matching ones I got for the girls. I love that they have short sleeves with pants, I love their cute prints, and I love that they have sizes for all my kids so everyone can match. Because right now, matching is fun. 😏
Favorite food:
You can’t really go wrong with a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies, right? And since I can’t have chocolate, I just make a few without the chips. And everyone’s happy. Here’s my go-to chocolate chip cookie recipe:
2 sticks butter, softened 2 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp vanilla
Beat butter and sugar together until combined. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and beat until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
