Well hey there! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season. I’m pretty sure it’s going to take me another entire decade to get my life back in order again after the holidays and traveling. With two sick kids. Again. FOR REAL. There’s snot and tissues all over the place. Anyway….
It’s hard to believe that another decade has come and gone. As I started thinking about this past decade, one word seemed to sum it all up: FAMILY.
These past 10 years have been all about creating our family. We started out 2010 as family of three, and here we are in 2020 with our complete family of six. The years were full of being pregnant, changing diapers, chasing after toddlers, starting school, reading books, kissing boo boos, teaching new things, exploring new places, celebrating birthdays and holidays, dealing with tantrums, and doing our best at being the best parents that we can be.
It has been an incredibly busy 10 years, but also the absolute best 10 years of my life. I love the family that God has given me, and am thankful each and every day for them. The days haven’t always been perfect and I have made plenty of mistakes, but with the help of God we have done our best to create a loving, encouraging, and God-fearing home for our family, with a little crazy thrown in there too.
In the past 10 years, we have added three new members,
traveled to different places,
attended special weddings,
and made our house a (kid friendly) home. 
The next 10 years are going to look very different, as we are exiting the baby stages and will soon be entering the teenage years. Prayers are appreciated.
