I can’t believe it’s been 2 years since this girl made her grand debut into our lives. This past year has been a hard one.
She had 4 hospital stays, 3 blood transfusions, 5 rounds of sclerotherapy, 2 colonoscopies, 2 endoscopies, MRIs, CTs, X-rays, and countless visits to Mayo. She’s had a lot of pain and discomfort, and many challenges.
But God helped her (and us) through it all, and right now she’s doing amazing. We can never say thank you enough for all of the prayers that have gone up for her this past year. We are so humbled by the care and love that has been shown to us, and ask that you would continue to pray for her: that she would remain healthy, that her numbers would remain stable, and that her malformation would remain free of infection and inflammation.
Tessa is so tough, strong, and determined- and we are so thankful for her fighting spirit.
All of these hard days have gotten us to this day: a happy, healthy 2 year old who is throughly enjoying life.
