When January 1st comes around, I, like most people, like to set goals for myself for the upcoming year. Things I would like to improve/accomplish/etc. One of my goals for this year was to be more consistent about blogging.
As you can see, that goal didn’t even last a week.
To be honest, a few of my goals didn’t exactly take off. Maybe I was being unrealistic? Maybe I wasn’t feeling motivated? I’m not entirely sure. BUT, I think it’s ok to start achieving those goals in February too. They really are goals that I would like to bring to fruition, so I’m still keeping them on the table in the hopes that I’ll summon the willpower needed to make them happen. I can’t make any promises about consistent blogging though. 😉
So if you haven’t kept up with your New Year’s resolutions or goals yet, know that you’re not alone and it’s perfectly fine to start achieving those goals on February 5th.
Yesterday we heard a message about being committed (from none other than my better half). As long as I’m committed to the most important things in life: the things that matter most in this life and even more importantly in the next life, then that’s really all that matters.
But I do still have high hopes of somehow turning myself into an early morning person in 2024.

You are in a busy season of life right now-it does somehow, in some ways slow up eventually😉. The only thing I have faithfully kept up with (so far) is the Bible Recap. I love it! Thanks for sharing!

Same here! So, as long as I keep that going I feel somewhat accomplished in my goals. 😉
