My kids look forward to each and every holiday, and they had been anxiously waiting to wear their costumes on Halloween. Our mornings were so dark, so I took the opportunity to blow up some glowing pumpkin balloons to greet them when they woke up. Jasmine and I headed to school after lunch to help in Grace’s classroom.
Tessa made herself right at home.
Next we headed to the gym to watch the paradeMax is always super serious at these types of events. He’s legit saying “Mom, stop” at my shameless antics to get him to smile.Claire, however, is always ready with a smile. Next we headed home for some snacks before putting on ALL THE LAYERS to go trick or treating. First stop: Grandma’s. Besides comfort and warmth, I did have a reason for donning a tiger onesie.
I was, in fact, Jasmine’s tiger Rajah. 😏We walked, played games and enjoyed hot apple cider, and of course received lots of candy.
And I did plenty of this. It was such a fun day, and the kids are already planning their costumes for next year. 😆
